REGISTERED NURSE : HOUSE SUPERVISOR, PRN NIGHTS

Shift : PRN nights, 8-12 hours every 2 weeks some weekends and holidays if necessary.

Department : Patient Logistics Center, University Hospital

Compensation :

• Base Pay Range : $43.99 - $64.34 per hour, based on experience
• Shift Differentials : Additional $2.75 per hour for evening shift, $4.00 per hour for night shift, $3.00 per hour for weekend shift

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.

Three (3) years of RN experience including demonstrated clinical expertise in at least one nursing specialty area.

Supervisory or charge nurse experience.

Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master of Science in Nursing degree.

Additional license / certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The performance of these physical demands is an essential function of the job. This position is very active and requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs.

This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses. This position is in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.
