Impact Lives as a Patient Care Technician

Join our dedicated team as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) and play a vital role in transforming the treatment and experience of patients with renal failure. You will work closely with a collaborative team, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN), providing essential care and support to patients.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care : Engage directly with patients to deliver safe and compassionate dialysis treatment. This includes monitoring vital signs, initiating and concluding treatments, and collecting blood samples as directed by physicians.
• Technical Duties : Ensure quality care by preparing and maintaining dialysis machines, performing thorough cleaning and disinfection after each treatment, and conducting safety checks to comply with all protocols and regulations.
• Safety Protocols : Implement necessary safety measures, including use of personal protective equipment, all while adhering to company policies and state / federal regulations. Attendance at all staff meetings and ongoing education is required.
