- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the District of Columbia.\n
- 2–3 years of experience in home health, clinical leadership, or case management.\n
- Strong understanding of Medicare / Medicaid guidelines and home health regulations.\n
- A leader who balances accountability with encouragement.\n
- Excellent communication and organizational skills—someone who can listen as well as lead.\n
