job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDiagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Confer with customers or service adviser to obtain descriptions of customers concerns and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements. Test-drive vehicles and test components systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service The individual must possess a high degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Excellent communication skills Maintain his / her work place clean and organized Follows all safety procedures Adherence to Company's policies and procedures Ability to work in a fast paced environment Must have Ford Certifications or at least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician Candidate must have tools, mechanical aptitude, possess a positive attitude working within a team, be reliable and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must have a valid Florida drivers license Family owned and operated Professional Experienced Service Advisors and Dedicated Parts Counter personnel Stability of an established company Experienced and tenured management staff Fast paced work environment Recently updated facility and equipment 106 Service Bays Well-Maintained equipment Just installed LED lighting in the entire shop Weekly pay checks Paid Uniforms Paid Training Paid vacation and holidays for full time employees Medical, dental, and vision plans HSA 401k Company paid life insurance E.O.E.
