Position : Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician

Location : Odessa / Midland, TX

Overview :

A well-established, high-quality practice is seeking a US Board Eligible / Board Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician. This opportunity offers excellent work / life balance with high productivity potential in a supportive environment.

Schedule & Responsibilities :

Clinic hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.

Attending deliveries is not required

Shared call schedule for high work / life balance

Access to top-tier ultrasound equipment and experienced support staff

Option for temp-to-perm or permanent full-time

Qualifications :

US Board Eligible / Board Certified in MFM

Comfortable managing high-risk pregnancies

Able to provide immediate, high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $800k+ annually, including base salary and productivity / incentive pay
