Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, or organizational development roles
Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects end-to-end
Collaborative and proactive, able to work effectively with diverse teams
Data-informed and comfortable using feedback and metrics to improve programs
