Creative Senior Lead

Job Overview
The Creative Senior Lead is an experienced professional responsible for shaping the overall creative vision and ensuring consistency across all design initiatives. This role supports the Primary Arms Marketing Design Team by conceptualizing, designing, and executing compelling digital and print media that drive marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include developing cohesive campaigns across email, website banners, and digital platforms, as well as creating assets for special projects, catalogs, newsletters, business cards, and packaging. The Creative Senior Lead will manage advanced projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is required, along with the ability
to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong portfolio is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Creative Design & Conceptualization
Campaign Development
Project Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial concept through final production.
Advanced Design Responsibilities
Build mock-up art for conceptual reviews and produce master digital templates.
Strategic & Analytical Contributions
Proactively research market trends and customer preferences to create targeted and effective designs.
Leadership & Training
Delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Additional Duties
Ensure consistent adherence to brand and style guidelines across all projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Proficiency
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) . Figma experience is a plus.
Creative and Analytical Skills
Strong sense of composition, typography, color theory, layout, and grid systems.
Experience & Education
Minimum of 7+ years of professional design experience, or 4 years in a lead designer role.
Soft Skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Relationships
Work collaboratively with Creative Manager, Marketing Team, Merchandising Team, Email Team, Technology Team, Optics and Government Division Teams to align deliverables with broader marketing goals.
