We are looking for an experienced estimator familiar with insurance restoration to work with our clients, customers, and subcontractors. Experience in construction and the restoration industry will ensure success in this dynamic role. As a Restoration Estimator you will be responsible for estimating the loss and reconstruction of numerous projects through the use of Xactimate and Symbility following the guidelines of our company. Successful candidates for the Restoration Estimator role must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage workload and schedules and possess exceptional organization and planning skills. Someone with the ability to recognize and solve problems independently would be a good fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Xactimate and Symbility software to create estimates for residential and commercial water, fire, mold and reconstruction work.
• Must have knowledge of how to conduct inspections for water, mold, fire, and reconstruction.
• Relationship Management with clients.
• Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Negotiating restoration services and insurance claims settlements.
• Communicate effectively to maintain client relationships.
