Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and sort products from the assembly line according to order specifications.
• Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

Able to pass a background and drug screening.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly line environment is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
