We're searching for an experienced storyteller who can transform Quantum Workplace's brand strategy into compelling, multi-format content. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to shape big ideas into many engaging assets that amplify our brand voice, fuel demand generation, and equip HR leaders and business executives with insights that drive stronger cultures, better performance, and measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize, Create & Distribute Content : Develop high-quality written and multimedia content (blogs, guest articles, guides, videos, social posts, webinars, customer stories, etc.) that elevates our brand voice and engages HR and executive business leaders. Ensure our editorial calendar and distribution channels meet our content and campaign goals.
- Atomize Core Stories : Repurpose flagship assets (e.g., research reports, webinars, case studies) into multiple formats for different channels and funnel stages.
- Translate expertise : Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
- Optimize for Reach : Apply SEO / AIO best practices so content is discoverable and usable in both search and AI-powered engines, working with technical experts where needed.
- Collaborate Across Marketing : Partner with brand, demand, customer, and product marketing team members to support campaigns, thought leadership, and customer storytelling.
- Leverage AI (wisely) : Use AI tools for research, outlines, repurposing, and editing, while ensuring our brand voice, personality, uniqueness, and human storytelling are never compromised. (If you're hoping to copy and paste AI's work, this role isn't for you.)
- Measure, Test & Improve : Track engagement and performance content across key channels, applying insights to refine storytelling and increase impact.
What You Bring
46+ years of content creation experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or related industriesProven ability to craft compelling stories across formats (resources, guides, blogs, video, webinars, social, etc.)Experience repurposing content into multi-channel campaigns and bite-sized assetsStrong editorial judgment with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skillsFamiliarity with SEO / AIO basics and optimizing content for search and visibilityComfort with CMS tools, social platforms, and light video or design toolsAI fluency : you know when to use AI for efficiency and when only a human voice will doHighly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
