Overview

Join to apply for the Retail Consultant role at RACQ . RACQ Chermside is looking for a fun, energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. It is not necessary to have experience, however, sales experience in a previous role is desirable and a willingness to learn. A comprehensive and tailored training programme will be provided to set you up for success.

As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences for RACQ members.
  • Provide tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.
  • Engage with customers face-to-face and via phone to understand needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Work in a fast-paced sales environment and adapt to change while building strong relationships with colleagues.

What We Offer

  • Rate of pay at commencement is $34.49 + Super + Penalty Rates
  • Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week
  • Rostered mainly Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts on a rotating basis

    Customer service and a desire to help are key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic. You will be eager to learn, comfortable dealing with members face-to-face and via phone, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
