Position : Project Estimator

1 Year long Continuous Contract

West Palm Beach, FL

Pay Rate : $32-65 Hourly

Required Skills :

• Open to candidates who recently graduated college with an Electrical Engineering degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Construction Management
• 3-5 years of Transmission experience in Estimating, Construction, or Engineering (Preferred)

Job Description :

Insight Global is looking for a Project Estimator to join their team. This person will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives when appropriate, coordinate and interface on a regular basis with other departments to ensure communication and understanding of proposal / projects, objectives and the most efficient and productive utilization of resources, review layouts, designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggests alternatives when appropriate, remains current with technology and industry evolution in order to assure that project capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions and establish, build and implement metrics for cost and construction estimates.
