This person will oversee operations and maintenance of core credit union systems (Symitar Episys, FICS, BytePro), ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and effective system integration to support organizational goals. This opportunity is available in our Antigo branch.

Job Duties :

• Leads staff to provide innovative, reliable and secure systems that enhance the credit union's ability to efficiently provide stable and secure applications including managing overall staff utilization for direct reports
• Ensures the team is providing exceptional service by hiring and retaining highly competent, productive employees
• Is familiar with and adheres to all aspects and provisions of regulations and policies as they pertain to the individual's assigned job duties
• Effectively manage vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and adherence to contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables
• Plans and leads efforts to utilize new application functionality to improve system utilization or business issue resolution as enhancements become available in the core and critical credit union information systems
