About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to take a leadership role in shaping DraftWise's technical strategy and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in our deployment infrastructure, information security stance, and third-party integrations. This role will involve driving pre-sales engagement, leading enterprise rollout strategies, and ensuring ongoing customer success, with a strong focus on solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable, impactful solutions that align with our customers' strategic goals.
You will regularly interact with C-level executives, partners, and directors, requiring exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Guide customer leadership in understanding the differences between on-premise and cloud deployment options, effectively communicating the benefits of cloud adoption to support their long-term success.
Spearhead infrastructure planning and discussions to transition pilot programs into full-scale enterprise rollouts.
Oversee customer migrations from DraftWise On-Premise to Cloud, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with enterprise goals.
Drive the strategy, design, and scope of third-party integration opportunities, including assessing customer needs, identifying appropriate solutions, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement integrations (e.g. Document Management Systems (DMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and other enterprise tools.
Address technical and security concerns or questions with client CSO / Director of Infosec.
Design and build cloud infrastructure stacks tailored to specific enterprise needs.
