Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales growth. Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management to provide insights into sales performance and market conditions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role (typically 3-5 years). Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
