Key Responsibilities
Partner with organizations to develop custom learning strategies and conduct needs analysis
Curate learning programs from a vast course library and design tailored learning paths
Engage with clients and support sales teams in converting prospects into clients
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, designing programs for adult audiences
Experience translating stakeholder insights into measurable initiatives with business impact
Familiarity with compliance-driven content (e.g., HIPAA, ISO)
Fluency in English and French, with strong professional writing skills
Proficiency in using Excel and virtual meeting tools, with a proactive approach to technology
