As our Facility Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a lead role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Practice Facility. You will oversee facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, vendor coordination, and day-to-day setup, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for players and staff.

DAY-TO-DAY :

• Oversee and support Practice Facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and daily preparation for team practices, shootarounds, and other activities.
• Oversee daily gym setup and breakdown, ensuring the facility is prepared and maintained to professional standards.
• Lead all cleaning and sanitization efforts within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and proper handling and storage of chemicals and supplies.
• Coordinate catering operations, including vendor ingress and egress, and oversee daily preparation of the Players Dining Room for breakfast and lunch service.
• Monitor and restock player pantry and kitchen supplies to ensure food and beverage areas are properly maintained.
• Oversee and promote technical support and maintenance operations across all shifts, addressing both routine and urgent facility needs.
• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Coordinate external contractors and vendors for large-scale maintenance, repair, or improvement projects.
• Partner with the Director of Practice Facility Operations on facility integrity and infrastructure concerns, ensuring all areas meet organizational and safety standards.
