This K-12 school in Hayward, CA, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide essential support to students throughout the academic year on a contract basis. This role involves working collaboratively within the school environment to support childrens developmental, sensory, and functional needs, helping them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized OT treatment plans tailored to students specific needs.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting.

Provide direct OT services focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary, maintaining detailed documentation.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation.
