Role : HR and Payroll Support Specialist

Pay Range : $50,000 - $57,000 / year

Location : Hybrid remote in Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 (in-office 3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Update technical requirements in the UKG Ready (Kronos) system for operations and clients.
• Provide advanced support to clients and internal staff on complex payroll, HR, and timekeeping issues.
• Train clients and internal staff on UKG Ready functionalities.
• Handle and complete support requests efficiently.
• Research and resolve issues promptly, while communicating status updates and estimated completion times clearly to clients.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, including PTO, TLM, Advanced Scheduler, Onboarding, Recruiting, Checklists, Workflows, Benefit Enrollments, and more.
