Project Executive Mission Critical Sector

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the project lifecycle from Pre-Construction through Closeout, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  • Provide high-level oversight of project budgets, schedules, performance, and profitability.
  • Set milestones and assign qualified staff to meet project scope and complexity.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Represent the company in all project-related communications and meetings.
  • Project Acquisition & Preconstruction :

  • Participate in business development efforts, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics planning.
  • Operations & Execution :

  • Ensure projects meet or exceed budget, schedule, quality, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor site performance and provide strategic guidance to project teams.
  • Champion jobsite safety and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Team Development :

  • Mentor and coach project managers and superintendents.
  • Support talent acquisition and ensure effective team alignment with project needs.
  • Financial & Schedule Management :

  • Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Support Lean Planning processes and schedule optimization.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction, preferably with a CM-at-Risk firm.
  • Proven success leading complex projects and teams.
  • Experience in data centers or heavy MEP systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, financials, and operational workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive innovation.
