Key Responsibilities :
- Own the project lifecycle from Pre-Construction through Closeout, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
- Provide high-level oversight of project budgets, schedules, performance, and profitability.
- Set milestones and assign qualified staff to meet project scope and complexity.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.Represent the company in all project-related communications and meetings.Project Acquisition & Preconstruction :
Participate in business development efforts, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics planning.Operations & Execution :
Ensure projects meet or exceed budget, schedule, quality, and profitability goals.Monitor site performance and provide strategic guidance to project teams.Champion jobsite safety and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.Team Development :
Mentor and coach project managers and superintendents.Support talent acquisition and ensure effective team alignment with project needs.Financial & Schedule Management :

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.10-15+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction, preferably with a CM-at-Risk firm.Proven success leading complex projects and teams.Experience in data centers or heavy MEP systems is highly desirable.Strong understanding of construction contracts, financials, and operational workflows.Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive innovation.Must embody the company's core values : Passion, Integrity, Hard Work, Professionalism, and Caring.What's on Offer :
