Construction Superintendent – We Build Cool Stuff, and We Need You! ️

Full-Time | $25+ / hour (Based on Experience)

We’re a busy construction company based in Lakeland, FL, working on everything from high-end residential remodels to commercial build-outs. Our job sites vary across Polk, Hillsborough, and Hernando Counties, so no two days are ever the same.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader—someone who can keep a job site running smoothly and work right alongside the crew. Strong carpentry skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from ground-up builds to tenant improvements.
• Underground and civil knowledge a must.
• Manage subcontractors, crews, and suppliers to ensure work is completed to quality standards.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve onsite challenges proactively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
