We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of clinical experience, demonstrates excellent clinical reasoning, and thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment with a consistent caseload of approximately 12 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

Document patient progress accurately and timely using EMR systems

Collaborate with referring physicians, clinical staff, and support team

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards

Participate in continuing education and clinic improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (or eligible)

Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred

Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills

TherapE / NetHealth experience is preferred

Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with EMR systems and efficient documentation practices
