Role Overview
Harmonia Holdings Group is seeking a highly skilled Network & Computer Systems Administrator to support DHS ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Title III and Linguists Unit (T3LU) under the CALEA program. This role provides technical leadership, advanced systems / network administration, and mission-critical operational support.
This position supports DHS\'s mission while contributing to Harmonia\'s overarching goals : delivering premier technology services, driving mission-focused innovation, sustaining organizational excellence, and being an employer of choice for skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain the CALEA LAN / WAN infrastructure, servers, SANs, and network devices.
- Provide technical leadership and supervision of other contractor staff.
- Conduct system capacity analysis, planning, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
- Install / update antivirus software and apply security patches to maintain DHS compliance.
- Perform hardware replacement (hard drives, memory modules, power supplies, etc.).
- Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation in the CALEA repository.
- Support certification and accreditation (C&A) activities by applying approved security patches.
- Ensure 24 / 7 system availability, COOP, and rapid restoration during outages.
- Liaise with ICE Program Managers and technical leads, providing direct mission support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field OR +5 years equivalent experience.10+ years enterprise IT systems / network administration experience.Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE + Security), or PMP - preferred (CCNA / CCNP not accepted).Expertise in :Windows OS and Active Directory (AD)Linux system administrationVMware virtualization (capacity analysis, installations, patching, troubleshooting)Storage Area Networks (SAN / RAID)Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical leadership.Demonstrated ability to work independently in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.Soft Skills
