Description : Job Purpose :
The executive assistant assists management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Managing schedule & booking appointments (preventing conflicts)
- Organize bills / paperwork
- Attend marketing meetings
- Organized office materials, equipment, or furniture
- Create correspondence
- Making follow-ups
- Developing advertising / communications
- Liaison with vendors
- Follow up on documentation / paperwork
- Troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Writing and sending out letters
- Visiting community offices to make connections or drop off materials
- Screening phone calls
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements :
Skills & Qualifications
Prior administrative experience.Excellent computer skills, especially typing.Attention to detail.Spanish language proficiency preferred.Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.Physical Requirements :
