Base pay range

$96,100.00 / yr - $126,150.00 / yr

Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Land Acquisition Project Coordinator to be working for one of our large clients. In this role, you will manage land acquisitions for a fast-moving program, track multiple ROW Agents workloads and progress, and consult with the client.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with the client
• Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition
• Oversee acquisition package preparation
• Maintaining project files, database management, and responding to public inquiries

The base salary range for this position is $96,100.00 to $126,150.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
