$300,000 to $350,000 per year

About The Position

Join a Growing, Community-Focused Practice in Texas

We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine physician to join our team. For over 20 years, we've proudly served the underserved population of Midland and Odessa, delivering advanced medical care across multiple clinics.

Practice Setting

  • Work alongside 2 physicians and 3 APP providers in a collaborative environment
  • Serve primarily adult patients; minimal pediatric cases
  • Dedicated team of 1 nurse and 1 medical assistant per provider

Schedule

  • Standard clinic hours

    • Minimal call schedule (1 : 6 rotation, no hospital call, only abnormal labs)

    Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual guaranteed base salary, plus production incentives
