As a Site Reliability Manager within PNC's Site Reliability Center (SRC), you will be based in Farmers Branch, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require weekly time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. Occasional travel may be needed. Schedule is M-F 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm. This position is leading teams across 3 shifts for 24 / 7 support. Candidates are expected to be available for critical production issues as required. This may include off shift hours and weekends.

We are seeking an experienced Backup and Storage Manager to lead our enterprise Storage and Backup Operations team. This manager will be responsible for ensuring data protection, recovery, and performance across production environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Cohesity, Avamar, and Pure Storage technologies and a strong leadership background supporting mission-critical infrastructure.

Needed Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise backup and storage administration
• 3+ years of experience in a management or team lead role within IT Operations

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $110,500.00 – $171,925.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
