Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our team. In this position you will work cross functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to support our quality management system to support our team who build pumps that are used worldwide which people depend on for water, sanitation, food, oil, and so much more! This is an associate level position with on-the-job training provided and it is the first step within your career at Wanner Engineering!

What You'll Do

• Rejected Material Management

Evaluate and manage the disposition of rejected materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Facilitate MRB meetings to review and analyze non-conforming products or materials.

Perform and oversee equipment and tool calibration activities to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Conduct product inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate and conduct First Article Inspections to validate manufacturing processes.

Facilitate the preparation and submission of PPAP documentation.
