We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead sales initiatives aligned with FAR requirements for contractors and government agencies. This role focuses on driving growth across aerospace electronics and avionics products , supporting both commercial and military platforms. You’ll need a proven track record of sales success in the aerospace electronics industry, a strong understanding of defense contracts, and the ability to lead negotiations, develop pricing strategies, and drive overall growth across assigned product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage key customer relationships across defense and aerospace sectors.

Maintain and grow a healthy sales funnel to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Prepare annual and monthly forecasts, including revenue and bookings projections.

Develop and execute pricing strategies to support bids and contract awards.

Present critical market data and go-to-market recommendations to senior leadership.

Effectively manage distribution and channel partners to optimize market coverage and maximize sales.

Oversee the product lifecycle, from acquisition and definition through production, repair, and end-of-life.

Review contracts and ensure proper flow-down of requirements within the organization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and accurate execution.

Travel up to 15% of the time throughout the fiscal year to customer sites and industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required — technical or business discipline preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience in sales, program management, or product management, ideally within the defense or aerospace industry.

Deep understanding of FAR / DFAR regulations and government contracting processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct sales and / or P&L experience in avionics, aviation, or electronics.

Strong understanding of aerospace and defense markets, technologies, and platforms.

Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and long sales cycles.
