Required Education / Experience :
Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years manufacturing plant experience, including 2 years in maintenance organizationPreferred Skills / Qualifications :
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of maintenance management systems like MVPUnderstanding of scheduling and workflow in an industrial manufacturing settingAbility to read P&ID's, mechanical and electrical prints, and understand dimensions and tolerancesWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipmentAbility or willingness to learn Oracle and other relevant programsJob Responsibilities :
