Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Santa Fe, NM. This role will require a valid license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation.

Skills and Qualifications :

• A+ certification preferred
• Apple experience preferred
• OEM Warranty support preferred
• Dell experience
• Breakfix Troubleshooting experience
• Experience providing white glove customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• ServiceNow experience is a plus

Wage Range : The hourly rate for this position is between $21.00 - $31.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
