Job Description

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions based on sound design principles
• Critical thinking and problem solving and ability to handle PROD issues
• Hands on experience while working on complex multitier enterprise applications
• Team player, self-motivated and self-managed
• Experienced team leader capable of leading a midsized team and responsible for end-to-end project delivery
• Planning, time management and resource management skills
• Proven experience in identifying and managing the risks, issues and dependencies related to large complex programs
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Work experience in Banking Domain will be a plus
