Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our engineering and construction team. This role provides hands-on experience in both office and field settings, working closely with engineers, project managers, and construction personnel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to develop technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering & Project Support

• Facilitate and contribute to the development of project plans and designs.
• Collaborate with the CADD Department to support project design and documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager in setting project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance benchmarks.
• Create and manage testing protocols to monitor project performance and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications through quality control and assurance practices.
• Work collaboratively with the operations department to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.
