  • Job Overview :

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for coaching and developing team members. As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Performance Management :
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to motivate and improve individual and team performance.
  • Sales Strategy :
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Forecasting :
  • Analyze data to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, communicating findings to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
  • Performance Metrics :
  • Utilize performance metrics to track success and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications :
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
