Talent Recruiter
The Talent Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top candidates to meet the staffing needs of our growing organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
- Coordinate interviews and provide consistent communication to candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Five or more years of experience in recruiting.Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.What We Offer :
