Colorado Licensed Liability Trial Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Liability Trial Attorney to join its in-house Staff Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Represent commercial insureds in high complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases

Prepare and file legal pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage pre-trial discovery

Handle hearings and trials, including post-trial activities as necessary

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor and 7 or more years of litigation experience

Active member in good standing of the Colorado State Bar

Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lexis, or Westlaw

Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation

First Chair Jury trial experience preferred
