About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-obsessed  Digital Marketing and Admin Coordinator  to join our small but mighty team. This hybrid role blends customer-facing energy with operational support. You’ll play a key part in our live selling strategy, while also supporting day-to-day business tasks to keep everything running behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who lives online, is excited about social-first businesses, and loves being part of a fast-paced, digital-native brand.

What You'll Do

Live Selling Support

  • Assist during live selling sessions (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)—tracking customer questions, product mentions, and customer requests in real-time
  • Help prep product info, bundles, or promotional messaging ahead of live events
  • Manage post-event workflows : follow up on DMs, track orders, support fulfillment coordination, and document performance insights

Admin + Operations

  • Help organize and manage customer emails, scheduling, and communication across the team
  • Keep track of digital files, customer support needs, and project timelines
  • Support the founder with launch prep, day-to-day task coordination, and other high-priority business needs

  • You’re fluent in internet culture and know your way around TikTok and other social media platforms
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and like being part of something entrepreneurial
  • You’re a great communicator, a natural organizer, and someone who doesn’t let details slip
  • You understand the rhythm of social-first businesses and are excited to grow inside one
  • Experience in e-commerce, admin, or live selling is a bonus—but not required
