The Opportunity

The Digital Solutions organization reports in the Medical Devices group and is responsible for leveraging digitally enabled technology to increase patient access to care and provide our customers with best-in-class experiences that support our collective mission to improve patient outcomes. This position will be onsite in Sylmar, CA.

What You'll Work On

The Associate Program Director, Digital Health leads the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of digital health initiatives, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence (AI) integration and electronic health record (EHR) interoperability. This role bridges clinical, technical, and business teams to implement innovative digital solutions that enhance patient care, engagement, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders internally, as well as external partners, to build our next generation digital offerings.

The base pay for this position is $146,700.00 $293,300.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
