What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in emergency response activities as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe any unusual circumstances.Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support site security-related protocols.Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as appropriate.Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.What We're Looking For :

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.Applicants must have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.CPR certification and / or First Aid certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
