Pay Information

$400 to $420 per hour

About The Position

  • Seeking a Locum Radiologist to provide coverage for both inpatient and outpatient radiology services.
  • The role includes diagnostic interpretation, interventional procedures, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Analyze medical images to diagnose and monitor diseases.
  • Interpret and report findings from X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, nuclear medicine, and ultrasounds.
  • Perform interventional procedures such as fluoroscopy, myelograms, lumbar punctures, and swallow studies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Recommend further diagnostic testing as needed and communicate results effectively with referring providers.

    Job Requirements

  • Board Certified – Required
  • Active Iowa State License or Active IMLC – Required
  • Fellowship training in General Radiology with Mammography and Fluoroscopy – Required
  • Clean malpractice and background history – Required
