Summary of Position :

The CHW (Community Health Worker) Transporters provide safe, reliable transportation to medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health appointments - masking sure clients get the help they need and assistance with advocating for their care. This role blends skilled driving, cultural humility, and hands-on help (mobility assistance, basic needs, respectful communication) to keep our community healthy.

You'll earn : IHS CHR and NM CHW certification within 3 months (supported), CPR / First Aid within 30 days, and on-the-job training in trauma-informed care, safety, and coordinate. Keres language is a plus.
