Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, proactive and results-driven 2 nd Shift Production Maintenance Tech . This role plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of food products by maintaining all plant and warehouse equipment to ensure 100% uptime , and internal standards to maintain the integrity of the food manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Safety First
• Follow all company Safety procedures and Quality GMP's
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team.
• Maximize equipment uptime and minimize down time through preventive and corrective maintenance repair.
• Working with production team to change over machine and adjust for maximum efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Participate in root cause analysis, safety design and quality improvement process.
• Work second shift, off shift and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to work in a cold environment .

Work Location & Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to support both shifts :

Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols.
