We’re seeking a motivated and team-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join our clients growing Customer Service Team at their distribution company based in Toledo. In this role, youll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services, and helping resolve any issues that arise.

Process daily sales orders from various channels including EDI, web, and phone
Handle order-related
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Track and update order statuses, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the process
Provide general support to the sales and marketing teams as needed
1–3 years of experience in customer service or client support
~ Experience with EDI order processing is a plus
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
~ Ability to adapt to a variety of customer personalities and needs
