Title : Manufacturing Operations Planner

About the Role
Our Manufacturing Operations Planning team transforms released engineering data into actionable plans by developing work instructions, defining tooling requirements, and implementing changes for current and future products.
What You ll Do
Incorporate engineering changes using Bell systems, policies, and procedures; coordinate with Change Group and Manufacturing teams.
Analyze tooling requirements using Bell CAD systems; participate in tool design and evaluation for aircraft assemblies.
Provide timely factory support by ensuring accurate updates to released production orders.
Reconcile Engineering BOM with Manufacturing BOM to ensure proper consumption and error correction.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to establish efficient, repeatable build sequences for major assemblies.
Apply knowledge of assembly processes and tooling methodologies to support production.
Act as a responsive liaison to the factory floor, supporting issue resolution.
Drive problem-solving for redline support, root cause corrective actions, and tooling / process improvements.
Skills You Bring
Proficiency in Bell ERP software; experience with 3DX (Dassault), PEO (SAP), and SAP preferred.
Strong ability to interpret blueprints and digital product definitions (CAD, GD&T, etc.) .
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling methods, and aircraft assembly MRB practices.
3 5 years of production / manufacturing planning experience; bachelor s degree in a relevant field preferred .
