Job Description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE :

The PT Technician III, Theater performs technical functions at a moderately high level of complexity. Diagnoses and solves related problems, and repairs, installs, and builds equipment and related systems within the scope of the position . The PT, Technician III, Theater assists in the day-to-day operation of the Lone Star Performing Arts Center and Black Box Theater and serves as technical staff for events in both venues.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES :

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking over rough or uneven surfaces; working at great heights; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; or recurring lifting of items (up to 50 pounds). The work may require specific, but common, physical characteristics and abilities, such as above average agility, dexterity and balance.

Hourly Pay Rate is $16.33.
