About Us :

Caring Connections Pediatric Therapy is a small but thriving private practice that specializes in pediatric speech, language, myofunctional, and feeding therapy. We’re proud to offer a warm, collaborative environment where therapists are valued for their unique skills and contributions. Founded and led by SLP Maria Evans, our team is passionate about providing family-centered, evidence-based care to children in Wake Forest, North Raleigh, and surrounding areas.

The Opportunity :

We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) SLP or SLPA to help meet the needs of a small group of bilingual clients—with the possibility of growing a caseload over time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, meaningful work in a supportive, close-knit practice.

This role is ideal if you are :

Passionate about working with children
Able to provide high-quality therapy in both English and Spanish
Flexible and open to working in various settings (ABA centers, preschools, daycares, etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

(For SLPs) Conduct bilingual speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide speech-language therapy services to children in Spanish and English

Collaborate with families to provide education and carryover strategies

Maintain clear and timely documentation

Requirements :

SLP : Master’s degree, active NC licensure, ASHA CCCs

SLPA : Associate’s or Bachelor’s in CSD or related field, active NC licensure

Must be fluent in Spanish and English

Pediatric experience preferred

Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented

Compensation :

$50–$70 per hour, based on experience and caseload
