Position Summary

The procurement specialist II supports automotive center operations by ordering and maintaining accountability for consumable commodities and supplies used in the performance of vehicle fueling, maintenance and associated fleet management functions. Routine tasks include but are not limited to : 1) Monitoring and replenishing bulk fuel inventory, 2) Monitoring fuel card utilization and ordering fuel cards, as necessary, 3) Monitoring and replenishing tire inventory, 4) Monitoring and replenishing automotive bench stock (i.e. wheel weights, wire ties, shrink tubing, miscellaneous hardware, etc.), 5) associated reporting, recordkeeping and payment processing.
