LOCATION : 10th Judicial District CYDC Programs Pueblo CO

STATUS : Full Time, Non-Exempt, Benefits Eligible

SALARY RANGE : $45,000 - $60,000 Annually

WHAT WE DO :

We are committed to assisting, advocating for and supporting families through the Judicial process by assessing, supervising, and connecting to ongoing services in order to provide an alternative to detention which will ultimately reduce recidivism and long-term involvement in the juvenile justice system. Trestle Programs, Inc. operates programs in 8 of the 23 Judicial Districts throughout Colorado. Were looking for the right candidate to join our team in the 10th JD in Pueblo, CO.

GENERAL PURPOSE :

The CYDC Youth Service and Support Partner is responsible for empowering and supporting youth with high-risk behavioral health issues and criminalistic behaviors by providing individualized, strength-based support, education, coaching, information, and resource referrals in the context of a child and multidisciplinary team.They will possess the ability to articulate and model lessons learned from lived experiences. The Youth Service and Support Partner also provides support and advocacy to families to ensure that family voice is heard throughout criminal proceedings and the juvenile justice process. The Youth Service and Support Partner reports to the CYDC Program Supervisor and CYDC Director.
