Overview
2026 Fulltime - Raytheon Receiver, Exciter & Back-End Processing Electrical Engineer II (Onsite) role at Raytheon. This position is onsite in MA and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. The department focuses on research, development, design, and integration of electrical components, embedded and digital signal processing software, and networks for defense programs.
What You Will Do
- Circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design documentation maintenance, trade assessments for obsolescence resolution, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware performance issues and hardware integration, test and verification.
- Integration and test of Digital, Analog, and RF components and modules.
- Analyze Hardware / Firmware test requirements / specifications to determine Hardware and Firmware requirements as part of a team.
- Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity and efficiency enhancements.
- Interact with test technicians, factory facilitators, operations managers, other engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel.
Qualifications You Must Have
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).Qualifications We Prefer
3.0 cumulative GPA desired.Well-developed communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.Experience contributing to a team environment for developing creative solutions to complex technical problems.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements.Ability to promote a culture of continuous learning, cross-team collaboration and training.What We Offer
