Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for bar operations and guest experience? Our client, a fast-growing New American hospitality concept, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead their front-of-house team, elevate their craft beverage program, and help deliver memorable experiences across their full-service restaurant, craft cocktail bar, taco truck, BBQ pit, and expansive outdoor area with fire pits, lawn games, and live music.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily front-of-house and bar operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.Lead, train, and motivate a strong service and bar team.Oversee the craft cocktail and draft beer program for quality and consistency.Handle labor, scheduling, and inventory controls.Collaborate on weekly events and promotional activations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.What We’re Looking For :
3+ years of restaurant / bar management experience in high-volume environments.Strong background in craft cocktails, beverage program execution, and bar team leadership .Highly organized, energetic, and guest-service focused.Experience managing events or weekly promotions is a plus.Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
